Future Sign of Hell Freezing Over...

Ok so I was watching the Emmy Pre-Show on E! with Ryan Seacrest, and he said something that really bothered me. Via satellite, they had the cast of "Jersey Shore" to interview, which is beyond me as to why they would do that. "Jersey Shore" is an embarrassment to the US. Seriously, these trashy people are what is perceived by other countries as how all Americans are, and we wonder why other countries think of us as "dirty Americans." But anyway, so Ryan is talking to them and right before they cut transmission with the cast, he says, "Maybe we'll see you guys winning an Emmy next year" or something along the lines. He actually suggested them winning an Emmy! Dear God, if that happens, I want to personally hunt down Emmy voters and slap/punch them all. I mean really, they are not at all deserving of anything. All the show accomplishes is the dumbing down of our society. My roommates had it on one day and after about 5 minutes, I felt less intelligent.

So for all of you out there searching for potential signs of an apocalypse, that will definitely be a sign. Haha.
Just my thoughts/opinions, so any haters that for whatever reason love the show, don't get all pissy with me.

Graduation!

Yes! It finally happened, I graduated college!!! The ceremony was actually in May....so why have I taken until September to post about it? Well my usual procrastination played a major factor in that decision. But another part of it was that I had a hold on my graduation stuff, so it I wasn't done officially until August, though honestly, I was done credit wise in May. But I even got the letter today letting my know my actual diploma would be arriving soon, so that nice diploma holder they gave me will have something other than a 'Dear Graduate, Congratulations on graduating. This letter commends you on all your outstanding work all these years, but is not your actual diploma. That will come in due time. Sit by your mailbox and wait. Love, SDSU' letter that is what currently sits in it.So now that I am no longer a college student, I realized that this blog could no longer be the life of a college student, hence the name change. It's probably not my best potential name change, but it will do for now, until I come up with something more clever/witty. I'm open to suggestions.

Here's pics proving that I did, in fact, go through with the ceremony, including a shot of my decorated cap...yes we got to decorate our caps and due to the fact that my major is all about creative flair, pretty much all of us had some sort of decoration on our hats.
