1. Cry (usually a good choice)
2. Lay in bed with the covers over your head waiting for it to be over
3. Sit down with a pint of Ben & Jerry's (or whatever kind of ice cream you prefer) and veg out in front of the tv.
4. Take a vacation from your problems (I suggest sailing at Lake Winnipesaukee)
5. Revert back to childhood when things were simplier in life.
Today I chose the last choice. I came back to the apartment after a long day and was tired so I threw my stuff down on the floor and went and turned on my computer. While it warmed up, I made myself a snack of things I'm sure we've all had at some point as a snack/lunch growing up-Graham Crackers, an apple and Capri-Sun. Good stuff.
Since then I have vegged in front of my computer, microwaved leftovers for dinner and did some calculus homework. And I get to go study for my lab practical tomorrow night, which is a 5 or 6 question (or so he says) quiz on the concepts we have gone over the first 4 labs. Meaning I have to read the lab readings as well as the lab itself and hope I understand the concepts of them for a handful of questions. Considering the fabulous (*note this is sarcastic. I make note only because sarcasm is hard to convey in words) job I'm doing in this class on tests despite all efforts, who knows what a stupid short quiz is going bring for me.
Oh, and just as a side note, Accounting SUCKS! As does Econ...and Oceanography only for the reason that I try so hard on those tests yet still do poorly on them. Those labs that I'm only getting 1, maybe 2 points off of are basically what's going to bring my grade up right now.
