So for those of you with AIM that read my profile, you may have noticed a sudden anger in it. Some of you know why that is, but for those of you that don't, let me fill you in: My parents house got broken into. I have a right to be mad.
Happened on Thursday. Got in by messing with the security door. Took all my mom's jewelry. My good jewelry (like my black pearl ring I got on my trip to Hawaii and the gorgeous birthstone n diamond ring I got for graduation) and some cheap costume jewelry and homemade jewelry-why beads on some fishing wire is worth something I don't really know-money from my dad and brother and my brother's camera. That seems to be about it that we can see. These were obviously not the smartest of criminals-left like 4 stereos, a laptop, camera, ipod shuffle and a reg. ipod, and an autographed football. But whatever. Oh yeah they also left my room sorta clean, closing the jewelry box and ring boxes and putting things sorta back, but left my parents room trashed....its like "Yeah we know you were here, so my room you werent in a hurry but their room you were?" Maybe it was an OCD theif in my room and then a slob in my parents' room. Don't know.
Everyone says its good no one was hurt. Well guess what-we are. Not physically, but mentally. You just don't even know how violated you feel after this happens. Some stranger has been in your house and knows your habits to know when you won't be home. It's creepy. I couldn't sleep in my room on Friday night because I couldn't get that picture outta my head. My mom also says that it's good I wasn't home alone because I would of had everyone sleeping in the living room with all the lights on that night. Which is probably true, since that was the only way I was sleeping on Friday, but I just needed one light and the tv on really. But anyway, yeah maybe it's nice that I wasn't home, but if I were, I would of heard the door being messed with and could of called the cops and stopped it. I woulda but the chain lock across the door and pushed the table in the entryway in front of the door and sit in front of it myself while on my cell phone. But we'll never know what would of happened then. But I will say this-I'm hoping a security system will be going in the house as soon as possible. I already checked rates...did that basically right after I got the call asking what jewelry I had at home.
So kids, the moral of the story today is this: PEOPLE ARE NO DAMN GOOD! And on behalf of myself and anyone else who's gotten robbed before: I hope the theives get in some horrific accident that leaves them in pain for the rest of their pathetic and miserable lives. And that when they die, they can go to hell.
p.s. in case you haven't noticed, i'm very angry and mean and to be quite honest, i don't care if that makes me sound bad. people that do stuff like that have no conscious anyway and they do it just to be jerks and get money instead of working honestly. they'd rather just screw everyone else out of stuff that has meaning to it only to be traded into a pawn shop for cash for something stupid like more drugs and alcohol.
p.p.s. i don't care this all makes me sound like a witch (off by one letter on that one many must be thinking) but again, i don't care. i have a right to be mad.
