YAY!!
I did it. 30 days, 30 posts. Well a few more than 30 actually. I must say, I wasn't sure I could do it, but I have. I'm proud of myself. I may continue this. Not sure. But I think I'll try and keep it up.
It's a sign
In reading an article today, I have learned that an asteroid may hit the earth in 30 years and cause global catastrophy. As a result, I think it's a sign I should quit school and live my life now. I mean really, going to school, racking up loans...Not fun. However, if I work a little now and then save my money, then I can start traveling all over and live my life. I bet that scholarship money I got would be way better spent on a trip rather than on stupid books for classes that won't matter to me in 5 years, maybe not even the next year. What do you think? Is my plan a good one or not so much?

P.S.
I'm cold and am going to freeze tonight...if my fingers fall off, it will be very sad since I'm almost at the full 30 days for posting, which I didn't think I'd do. So let's hope I don't freeze to death tonight. (This shade of blue because it connotes coldness)
When you say things are perfect..
they have to turn bad. At least in tv world. Tonight's "One Tree Hill" proved this theory true tonight. For those of you that don't watch, I'm not explaining everything to you know because its all so twisted and crazy. Anyway Nathan accepted a bribe and was told to miss the state championships and he was at first but then he didn't. And Lucas and Peyton got together after the Ravens won the state championship. Now flash forward to the after party, Lucas and Peyton and then Nathan and Haley said that things were perfect. So what happens? Well the guy that Nate took the bribe from hit Haley with his car, then crashed himself. Nate went and hit the guy's dead body and Lucas came and called 911 for Haley. When the paramedics come, they start to give attention to Haley and Lucas decided to have heart failure since he opted against taking his meds for the game.

And that's why you don't say "everything is perfect and just as it should be" because then something is going to happen. Count on it..especially in tv world.

It may not look like Christmas....
But it sure feels like it! It's so cold! I suppose compared to other places, it's warm. But for me, a So Cal girl, this is cold. The sun is out, but the wind blows and its cold air. We have all our windows shut, but still, we are cold. We could use the heater, we just don't. Same with the AC when it was hot. Just opened up windows then. Not sure what we can do now, other than put on all of our clothes. But that might not be the best idea. Or maybe we should all just stay in bed all day. That sounds good.
I swear, I understand why bears hibernate in caves with each other. 1. sleep=good 2. they have body heat and lots of it to be warm and 3. small cave=heat radiating around inside...
I think I am gonna go live with bears this winter...

Rain
Maybe not all weather people lie. They said something about rain, but I usually don't believe them. This morning it was a little grey out, but most of the time it is. So I dressed in jeans, a tshirt and a sweatshirt and wore my Converse and headed off to school. By the time I came out of my first class at 8:50am, it was slightly sprinkling, but I was going to the library to finish my Spanish homework. at 9:40 when I left the library, it was really wet out and there was a light rain going. After my 10am class got out at 10:45, it was raining a little harder so I put my hood on and carefully walked home (don't want to slip and fall and hurt myself). It was about 1pm when it really started to pour and I thought "Great, I will get to walk to class in a pouring rain" and Emily came home soaked. But by the time I had to go to class, it had stopped and the sun was peaking out, but there was still a cold breeze blowing. Basically all day I have just wanted to be in bed but there is too much to do for tomorrow to let that happen.

Back in SD
I'm back in SD. Sad...I like being home. 4 days just isn't sufficient enough. I liked that whole sleep in with a kitty and playing with a puppy. Forget school. I quit. Haha. At least it's only 2 1/2 weeks til I go home and stay for a long time. Oh how sweet that will be...
In other news, I must not be the only one in love with Christmas music, I went into my bathroom like an hour ago and I heard loud and clear coming from upstairs "Santa Baby". They play things loud upstairs. First "Wedding Crashers" and now "Santa Baby" but whatever. Christmas music rules.

Saturday
Today was sort of busy for me. I got up and was lazy for awhile, then Mom and I went to good old Washington Mutual so that I could deposit my scholarship money. After that, we headed off to Joann's, where she got some stuff for her Christmas greens and I got some stickers for my scrapbook.
We then came home and ate a little lunch, then Dad took me to CVS Pharmacy so that I could use their machine to print out some pictures. After that, I went with Mom to the grocery store so they could get food and I could throw some stuff in there for myself. We came home and unloaded it, then I worked on two of the pages for my scrapbook.
Later we went to dinner at Wild Thyme with Mair, Papa, and Jeanie. I ate my last real meal dinner that I don't have to cook for myself. We went across the street and looked at the puppies in the window (4 yellow labs and 2 possible golden retrievers were in the windows Bradley, in case you were thinking early Christmas present to yourself) and then came home. I am now scrapbooking and am going to have to start getting my stuff sort of together to go back to SD tomorrow...

Almost didn't make it....
Bet you thought I wouldn't make it huh? Wrong!
Today I did not do any shopping until about 3:30 or 4pm today. It was still kind of crazy at the one store I went to (Kohl's), but better than it would of been had I gone eariler in the day.
So what did I do today? Um laid around and watched tv...sat online...then shopped then went to Joahna's house for an early birthday dinner! Yay!! I hadn't seen her all summer so it was so much fun. We can't wait til Christmas break, since she and I are on the same schedule and therefore can hang out a lot.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Thanksgiving Horoscope for Pisces |
You're the sign most likely to do the same thing every year for Thanksgiving. Your signature dish: Ham Your signature dessert: Any pie a la mode This holiday: Take time to give to your favorite charities. Giving is one of the things you do best. |
That's funny because I don't eat ham on Thanksgiving. However, the last 3 years I did go and help out different charities, so that part is usually right...

Home
Yay!!!! I'm home! Finally...after 4 hours of traffic...That was fun. Ok maybe not, but Bradley and I probably entertained the people behind us when we played the "Star Wars" and had a battle with our empty Pepsi bottles. That was entertaining.
A lot of people left my school early. Today in my Communications class, there were 9 people, 8 in my Spanish class and finally, my Communications lecture, which is in a room for 512 people, and we usually have maybe 200 that actually go, was down to a whopping 32. Whooo!!! He had us all move down to the first few rows and didn't use the headset.
When I went back to class after that, I baked cookies, packed, washed dishes, took out the trash, you know tried to straighten up some. Very productive.
Well it doesn't matter. I'm home now and I get real food that I don't have to make for myself.

No one ever suspects.....

THE BUTTERFLY!!!!!!!!!
I was walking to class today minding my own business, when one of our many Monarch butterflies comes over and hits me with its wings! And then it flew away! It was a hit and fly. Butterflies are mean like that, but no one knows. Like Bart said in "The Simpsons":
Bart: I'm going to come back as a butterfly
Lisa: Why a butterfly?
Bart: Because no one suspects, the butterfly!!!!

Is it worth it?
Is it really worth it for me to get up and go to 1 class tomorrow? Yes my 8am and 2pm classes were canceled, so that leaves me with my 10am-Spanish. Not that fun. Hardly seems worth it to get up and go for one class. Unfortunately, I have a quiz in there tomorrow and therefore have to go.
I don't get why my Tuesday classes are canceling but not Wednesday classes. If Wednesday's were canceled, then I could be coming home tomorrow night instead. Sad. Oh well...I guess I can make it through....

I can't help it...
I can't help it! I love Christmas music!!!!!!!! I am sitting here right now as we speak listening to it. Sue me! I realize that Thanksgiving hasn't even happened yet, but Christmas music makes me happy, so back off! There is nothing wrong with Christmas music. It's happy and catchy and makes you feel all warm and happy inside. Well for me it does. Maybe I'm alone on this one? I don't know. But sitting here listening to Christmas music got me to finish my Spanish essay...Mind you I did think of how I could end it in the shower after the gym, but first I put on AOL radio to Christmas music and did other stuff and then decided to do it. Whatever. Don't judge me...
Recap: 1.Christmas music rules!!
2. My Spanish essay is done (512 words thank you very much)
Oh yeah, and since it's technically Monday now at 1am, I get to go home in 2 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! So happy
Hmm ironic that right when I wrote that I'm coming home soon the song "I'll be Home for Christmas" came on? I think not

Boo to essays
Another day that lacks inspiration...yes I know, I'm boring.
In case anyone has forgotten, essays suck!!!!! And just if they don't suck enough, try writing one in Spanish, with a 500 minimum. You think it would be easy, but it's so not. As of now I have 487 words...I wonder how bad it would be if I stopped there..

Friday night=movie night
Last night was so much fun. Cayla and I had an early dinner, then watched "Legally Blonde 2" while we ate. Strawberries sounded good after, so we walked to Ralphs and got some as well as some chocolate. She got some other stuff as well. We came home and melted chocolate and dipped strawberries, bananas, apples and pretzels in the chocolate and sat down and watched this really twisted movie called "Pretty Persuasion" with Evan Rachel Wood. Following that, we watched the end of "Blast from the Past" that we found on Encore, then a movie called "Mischief" that was on after it. Following that, we made popcorn and watched the end of "Election" and an episode of "Sister, Sister" and half an episode of "That's so Raven"...it was almost 4am and decided maybe we should go to bed.
In conclusion, movies+chocolate+fun= a great Friday night! I love our roomie movie nights. Mucho fun.

In case you were wondering....
There is a cover of "Achy Breaky Heart" in Spanish! I know, it's very exciting. We had to listen to it and fill in some words today in class. My teacher was kind of singing along and asked if we knew the dance to it. Here's the chorus (though accent marks will be missing because I have no clue how to do that):
No rompas mas mi pobre corazon
Estas pegando justo entiende lo
Si quiebras poco mas mi pobre corazon
Lo haras mil pedazos quiere lo.
Exciting, huh? I wonder if they all line dance to this at weddings and such?

Can I come home now?
So I almost didn't post today. I lack inspiration. Haha. Let's see....how about how I want to be home already??
All I can think about is being home. I haven't been home in like almost 4 weeks now. I seriously cannot wait to be home next Wednesday (6 days!!) Yesterday, all I could think about was Christmas Eve and everyone around and then when everyone is leaving and the place is a mess and there is paper and bags and ribbon and tissue everywhere and we are just watching the news/the pope. Very homey feeling.
So to recap, I want to go home. I'm not going to want to come back after 4 days. It's 2 1/2 weeks after Thanksgiving that I'll be home for a month and then really will not want to come home and go back to stupid school. haha

600th person....
It's almost to the 600th viewer...10 more people. Will number 600 remain anonymous? Or will they let us know who they are this time??
Flashback to summer...

Tricia borrowed someone's copy of "John Tucker Must Die" tonight, so we decided to watch it before "One Tree Hill" was on. When watching it, I remembered when Cyndi and I went and saw it late last summer and the weird old couple that was in the theater with us. The old man's laugh was hi-larious. We laughed at him as much as we did at the movie.

People Envy Your Compassion |
You have a kind heart and an unusual empathy for all living creatures. You tend to absorb others' happiness and pain. People envy your compassion, and more importantly, the connections it helps you build. And compassionate as you are, you feel for them. |
Yes I lacked inspiration today. And it came down to "Oh crap I need to get a blog in" so yeah. haha. So do you envy my compassion? What do people envy about you?

Real food, a movie, shopping and The Fray
In case you hadn't guessed, this post is about my weekend, you know the one I have been talking about for 2 other posts already.
Friday I had no class so I slept in. Thursday night we had stayed up watching "Almost Famous" and then Tricia, her friend Britney that stayed the night and I watched "Beaches", though I was the only one who stayed up for the whole movie. So I had been up since 2am. Friday I got up and Cayla's mom was just getting here, so I met her in my pjs. They left for breakfast and I watched tv. Eventually I went and showered. For most of the rest of the day, I played Sims 2. Good stuff those Sims. I hadn't really played in a while and the last time I did, I had tried to make my roommates and I, but found it too difficult to manage 4 adults. So I had created new Sims and was busy with that til like 6. Then Cyndi and her mom came and picked up me and my laundry (oh all the laundry) and then we went over to Chili's for dinner.
After dinner we thought we were going to hit a movie, but we missed all the 7:30/8pm showings so there wasn't anything til after 10pm, a little late. So we went to Vons to get some breakfast stuff and then back to Cyndi's mom's where we watched tv and played with Meeko, Cyndi's new kitty.

Meeko!!
On, Saturday, we got up and went to Fassion Valley Mall to the movies where we saw "Stranger Than Fiction". It was different and I liked it. After that we went to CPK and had linner (or dunch..whatever you want to call it). We then dropped off Cyndi's mom and grabbed the tickets and came back over to SDSU for the concert. We were pretty early so we bought our souveniers right away. We both ended up getting the sweatshirt jacket they had. It was $40, the same as a sweater at the bookstore so no big deal. The shirts were cute (for girls) but I wasn't sure if they would fit and the boys shirts weren't cute so yeah.
The concert of course had an opening band. They kept letting us know that they were The Damnwells from Brooklyn, NY. They weren't that bad. I liked sone of their stuff. They also were sure to let us know they had an album out. Their second I think they said.
After about 30 minutes of them and the switch of instruments, The Fray came on. They played some of the stuff on their current album as well as a few new ones. All of it was amazing. It started to rain during the show, which was kind of lame, but it wasn't hard rain, just a light rain. At one point, they said they were at the point of the show where they bring in a special guest to play with them. Tonight, it was Jason Mraz.

Jason Mraz being questioned by Isaac Slade
He played tamborine during "Over My Head (Cable Car)" as you can see in my previous post. The last song of the night was my favorite, "How to Save a Life". During this one, everyone was singing and Isaac would stop singing and we would fill in. Then at the end they all played really softly, then stopping all together and the audience sang to them as they took their bow.

Sunday Cyndi and I went to church then came back and picked up her mom. We went out and did some shopping. Then we went back and packed up the car, hit Vons so I could get some groceries and then came back here.

The Fray concert
Ok this is going to be another short one because I lack the time because I didn't get home til like 6ish and I had homework to do and still do in fact because I am a procrastinator and was trying to figure out how to save my hw on a cd since I'll need that next week instead of doing the actual work. This will just be photos of the concert and I promise tomorrow I will talk about everything I did this weekend and give more details on the concert.

Cyndi and I before the concert started

The opening band-The Danwells from Brooklyn, NY (they kept telling us that)

THE FRAY!!!!! with Jason Mraz on tamborine in the back right.
These are just a few pics. Tomorrow I'll have more. Promise! haha

Concert virgin no more thanks to The Fray!!!!!!
This is just a brief post. More details about the concert to come tomorrow. But it was sooo much fun! I mean sure it rained some, and the people behind me were kind of annoying by nudging me in the back with their feet even though I leaned back on the bench, and the cement was somewhat uncomfortable, it was great. The opening band didn't completely suck either. Cyndi said that she's heard some opening bands that really sucked, but tonight's wasn't too bad. I liked a song or two from their set. They apparently had their album there you could buy, but I had spent $40 on a sweatshirt that seemed like something I'd get more use out of. But yeah. More details tomorrow when I'm on my own computer and maybe will have some pics sent to me when Cyndi gets home to send to me that I can share.

Boys are r-tards
It amazes me how unobservant guys are. I mean at some point, you gotta say "Really?" when they do something stupid.
So boys came by here a lot when I first moved in, usually walking into the wrong apt. of someone they just met or whatever. And that's ok. I mean we just moved in, easy to not really pay attention to stuff. But yesterday...well let's just say someone was forgetful.
So I'm sitting here on the couch on my laptop and I hear a key in the door, which is odd since Emily was home, Cayla had school and work, and Tricia wasn't off til 1pm. The key wasn't really necessary since the door was unlocked since we were home, but anway this guy walks in. And he looks at me and was like "Oh s**t. I'm soo sorry" and walked out. So now he probably thinks that his key is magical and works on our door. But that's just one of those "Really? You didn't notice this isn't your apt? How many days have you gone back to your apt?"
Today's incident of a boy being an r-tard is much more funny. I was sitting here combing my hair since I had showered and I hear a slight knock at the door. I go over and open it and there is this guy standing there and he was like "Do you know how to get stuff out of your eyelashes?" and I was all "Mascara?" and he was like "I don't know. There was stuff going on last night (he shows me his arm that has purple writing on it) and I got makeup put all over me. So how do you get it out?" so I told him what to do and he was like "Ok thanks" and slowly turned around to leave. He looked somewhat familiar. I think maybe he has been one of the boys that forgot his apt. and came in once. I don't know. Maybe I've just seen him around. But whatever.
I think the verdict stands-Boys are dumb.

Tattoo Meanings
As many of you probably know, I am considering getting a tattoo at some point in the future. I'm planning to get a flower of some sort (most likely) on my ankle. So today I was reading about getting a tattoo. So here is something I learned:
"Location? This is something you must consider as some places are more painful than others. Generally places on the body with thinner skin and are close to bone tend to hurt more. These places include the ankles, head, neck and lower back. Less painful places include the chest, upper arm and shoulders and the upper back."
So I want it on a painful part of my body. But whatever. So then I read what the meanings of flowers are so I know what it would symbolize. Here are some that I am considering, let me know what you think about the meanings and such. Some of these flowers have very interesting meanings go to: http://ezinearticles.com/?Flower-Tattoos&id=341354 and read up on more.
FREESIA: Innocence, thoughtfulness
HIBISCUS: Delicate beauty
LILAC: Youthful, humility, confidence
ORCHID: Rare beauty, love, refinement, beautiful lady, Chinese symbol for many children, mature charm, beauty, long life
ROSE: Love, passion, perfection. The rose was named for the Latin word rosa which means red. It has been a symbol of love since ancient times
ROSE, BURGUNDY: Beauty within
ROSE, LAVENDER: Love at first sight, enchantment
ROSE, SINGLE, FULL BLOOM: I love you, I still love you, new love
ROSE, BUD, SMALL: Pure and lovely, beauty and youth, a heart innocent of love
TULIP: Perfect lover, frame, flower emblem of Holland
Like the sounds of any of those? Oh and this one, I put as a homage to Mr. Darcy:
BALSAM: Ardent love

Suggestions?
For my communications class, we have a group speech to do. It's a persuasive one so, we came up with 2 possible topics. But our teacher, as well as us, fear that we will not be able to find sufficient amount of sources for our topic. (We have to have at least 10 and only 3 internet sources. We came up with:
1. Early morning classes should be canceled since students' brains don't function until about 9am.
or
2. Why you should go to Disneyland once a year/why you should get an annual pass
Our teacher suggested maybe doing the dark side of Disney, to persuade people to believe that there is one I guess. But anyway, if you have any suggestions for something interesting to talk about, please feel free to share!

In spirit of today, I decided this was appropriate...
Although I am not registered to vote...not that I would of remembered to do that whole absentee ballot thing if I were nor do I know where I'd be voting down here, so my vote still most likely would of been wasted. So yeah. But I hope the rest of you all did in hopes of making things better for ourselves, if there is such a way to accomplish that. Oh and just to clarify, I do tend to agree more with the Democrats so to my Republican siblings, I will NOT be turning to the dark side anytime soon, k?
Your Vote Score: 38% Republican, 62% Democrat |
While you don't always agree with the Democrat party, it's a pretty good match for you. Do be sure to research each candidate. A liberal Republican or independent candidate might fit you better at times. |

Great discovery of the day
Now I know they had these for special edition for "Star Wars" not too long ago, but I guess they are here to stay....

YAY!!!!! You have no idea how happy that makes me. I LOVE dark chocolate! Sooo good. And for just 79 cents a bag I can have it whenever thanks to the convience stores on campus. Great discovery. And in case you didn't notice, it's in a purple bag and my favorite color is purple. All and all this is the best thing M&Ms has done for me lately.

Intense moment in television

Tonight's episode of "Desperate Housewives" was soooooooooooo intense. Seriously. It had myself and my roommates on the edges of our seats as far as what was going to happen next.
After that preview last week, we (me and the roomies) were very excited for tonight's episode. And trust me, it didn't fail to disappoint us. It was so crazy and intense. If you don't watch the show, shame on you. Start watching! You can catch up on this season on abc.com and really watch this episode! If you need background info if you just want to watch this one because I say it's so great, then ask me or read online what's going on. But yeah just wanted to share that with everyone.
A little competition never hurt anyone..
I was talking to my mom tonight who commented on how my brothers and I have been posting things every day. So I explained that we were doing it as a competition and the first two out are towels. Do you know what she said? She said, and I quote, "You guys are waaaayyyy too competitive" Can you believe it? Us? Competitive? There's nothing wrong with competing. It's all in good natured...well usually.
In other news, I thought that maybe, just maybe I could make it until Thanksgiving without having to do laundry. I have enough shirts and pants, but as it turns out, I'd be short on undies. It was really close too. I was only off by like a day or two. So I suppose that this weekend I will have to do laundry here for the first time.

Movies
Last night I was watching the movie "Drop Dead Gorgeous" with Cayla. That was a weird movie. Funny, but kind of odd. The little accent they had was kind of annoying at times but whatever. I liked it. It was twisted and yeah.
This morning, "Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood" was on tv. I haven't seen that movie in a while so I was watching it. Despite not seeing it for a while, I know that the music was different. For some scenes, they used things that were more upbeat and modern rather than the slower, older, more fitting music. One song for sure I know they cut out. I wasn't impressed because I thought it was way better before. Stupid tv version. I don't get why they do that. I mean if it's fine as is, why change it? Stupid tv execs that change things. Think they know everything. They don't. They should go on my list...
Ah the list..I haven't had to threaten anyone with that lately. Who/What is on the list? Well, we'll save that for another day..

Please explain...
Ok on Tuesday, my writing class teacher asked us if we wanted to cancel class that Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Of course we say yes because anytime we can get out of getting up early, its good times. But why cancel a Tuesday class? Most people are leaving Wednesday. Now if all my classes for Wednesday magically got cancelled, That would be sweet, but I could take or leave Tuesday morning. He said it was because he wanted a week off and we are is only class, so he's got his week off. Too bad I can't say the same for myself. It's also looking like that Tuesday I might be alone in the apt. Party! haha just kidding.
OH!!!!! I got something interesting. So I was leaving class early since we had a film and the guy stupidly told us that we were only responsible for the first 20 minutes so everyone left after the appropriate amount of time. So on my way home I was going up some stairs and I heard and saw this guy at the top and he was breathing kind of hard. He called to me "How do you guys do this everyday?" and I was like "I don't know" and then he asked where Storm Hall was so I gave him directions and said what side it was on and then he was like "Ok. Thank you so much ma'am"
"Ma'am"????? Really? Um how old am I? This guy is clearly older than I am. Miss would of been more appropriate for my age. Can anyone explain that one?
That's all for today. Also, there are obviously people reading this blog, so why not comment it? You don't even need an account. Just click 'other' and then leave a comment. you can leave your name, be annoymous. whatever. Just do it! Please?? It will make me oh so happy. haha. Now if that doesn't get people I don't know what will.

Day 2: Classes and Kitties
So far, so good. Day 2, Post 2.
I got my notice today on when I register for spring semester. Jan. 4th at 10:45am in case you were wondering. But now the question is: WHAT THE HECK SHOULD I TAKE??? See I had this problem in the summer when I was picking classes for this semester. The school gave me one little plan to follow for what to take and when, but the Hospitality & Tourism dept. gave me another plan. For the most part, the two are pretty much the same, but there are some differences. I went with the dept's plan, without too much help from the student ambassadors. They were like "Well maybe you want to go with the dept's because they just did this for you guys and if this doesn't work out you only have 3 units towards it rather than the 6 units if you go with the school's. But the school's is good too. If you wanted to you could maybe take this class. But really it's whatever you want to do." Real helpful huh?
I know that I have to take my GE math (Stats *tear*) and an intermediate writing class. Other than those two classes, I have no idea what to do. Should I take the one class I should of taken this semester according to the school's plan (econ-macro)? Should I take a science and lab now like the dept. says or take it next year like the school says? I'm so mixed up. Not even sure who I should go talk to. I think I'll talk to a dept. student advisor. I think they'll help me out since they've been in my position a lot more recent than academic advisors.
I'm also considering taking a 1 unit class like bowling or self defense. But I might be too busy. I don't know. We'll just have to see..
Cyndi came over today with her new kitty and Cayla and I played with it in my room. She's soooo cute and she kept turning on the lamp in there that is one of those touch lamps. haha. sooooooooooooo cute!!!!!!!! Cayla and I wanna keep her. True story. Then I went back to Cyndi's mom's and we watched Oprah and some Food Network. Then we went to eat at The Elephant Bar, a first for me. It was good. I had a very messy burger and...a giant ice cream sandwich. SOO GOOD!!!!!!! We then returned to the house to watch Survivor and Grey's Anatomy. After which we went to Wal-Mart for Cyndi to get some things and then Vons for some groceries for me. Just a few things so I can make it for the week before she's back for the Fray concert!

Time for a challenge
So November apparently is National Blog Posting Month or something of the sort, which means I post something everyday for this whole month. 30 days, 30 posts. That is going to be a lot of effort for me. But I'm going to try. Gotta try.
I'm watching Food Network while I blog. Man I wish there were such a thing as 'smell-o-vision' tv. All of this stuff looks so good. I want to smell and taste it. Especially that fried ravioli and zeppole, which is just a mini doughnut. Oh man. and they are rolled in cinnamon sugar with vanilla bean..mmmm. Now I want cinnamon doughnuts.
Thinking of carbs makes me think of this video I saw last night. It's really funny. Go to: http://www.liamshow.com/videos.htm and watch "Love Letters". Believe me. It's funny.
So one blog down, 29 to go. Can I do it?
