Last night I was just hanging out in the apartment and it was like 11:30pm and my phone rings. I check the caller ID and I don't know the number, but it has the same area code. So I figured I'd answer so that even if it is a wrong number they'd know. I answer and the voice on the other end is like "Amy?" and I'm like, "Uh yeah" and it turned out to be a guy I used to eat lunch with, Andrew. I didn't remember giving him my number, but then he was in my brother club in high school, so we tried to have numbers for a few people in the club just in case. But yeah he said he was in San Diego and was supposed to hang out with someone else from AHS, another Key member, Angela, but he couldn't get ahold of her. So I told him my address and he and 2 other AHS guys (one I had in a class or two, the other was older than us) and the girlfriend of one of them that goes to CSU San Marcos came over.
When the got a parking spot, we walked up the street to Senor Pancho's that they had passed on the way and looked like it was "where the fun was", but that fun was actually just a really long line we stood in for 10 minutes and then they closed. So we walked back, passing some drunks along the way, and ended up back at the apartment just hanging out and talking. They stayed until like 3:30am. It was fun just talking and hanging out. I just think that it's funny that people I didn't talk to as much are the first people from home to see my apartment rather than friends that actually live down here all the time. Whatever. I'm just saying.
